1 Online orders
We accept payment by American Express, JCB, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa and Visa Debit, and PayPal. You will find additional Terms and Conditions for PayPal payments at www.paypal.co.uk. Zouf.biz operates the highest level of security, meaning your card details are not retained. Should we need to issue a refund due to a price change or item being out of stock we may need to re-contact you to obtain your card details, unless paid through Paypal.
2 Telephone orders
For telephone orders you may pay by bank transfer but please note that the order will not be confirmed, nor items reserved, until payment is received which can take 3 working days.
You may also pay by cheque for British accounts only, payment to be in British pounds sterling. Cheques payable to Zouf Limited. Please write your name, postal address and order number on the reverse of the cheque. But please note that the order will not be confirmed, nor items reserved, until payment is received which can take 5 working days.
