You can get back to our home page at any time by clicking on the zouf.biz logo which appears on the top left-hand side of the screen.
Navigation bar:
To make it simple to use, we have featured our products by category of products located near the top of the screen. When you click on these categories, some of them will provide you with further sub-categories making the search quicker. You can narrow your search even further, with the price range, regions and tags search
Search box:
The search box is always on the top right-hand side of the screen. Our Search engine works by checking your search term against all the product titles and product description words currently on zouf.biz site. It then shows products that may match your query.
Your Shopping Bag:
To see what you have in your Shopping Bag, you need to click the “Shopping Bag” link. It will show you the quantity, title and subtotal of any product(s) you’ve put into your Shopping Bag.
Payment Options
For your peace of mind, all payments are processed by PayPal. We are committed to protecting your security and privacy. Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet. Zouf Ltd does not receive or store any credit card information as this is handled by our payment provider, PayPal. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card.
We also accept payment by personal cheques (UK bank accounts only) or by postal order but only in British pounds sterling.
Cheques and Postal orders should be payable to Zouf Limited. Please write your name, postal address and cheque guarantee card number on the reverse of the cheque.
Once your payment has cleared, usually up to 6 working days, we will dispatch your order. We will send you an email to confirm your order has cleared and the goods have been dispatched.
The email is our contractual acceptance of your offer to purchase.
Placing your Order
1- To purchase an item, go to its product page and click on the “Add to Shopping Bag” button.
2- Once you have found the items you would like to buy and have added them to your Shopping Bag, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on “My Shopping Bag” link at the top of your screen.
3- You can change the quantity in the quantity box and press “Update Shopping Bag” and/or remove an Item by ticking the check box in the Remove column and clicking “Update Shopping Bag”. You can then click the “Checkout” box.
4- If you have already registered online with Zouf Ltd, simply enter your email address and password. If you have not already registered, go to the link “Continue” (Please note that this does not include your payment card details).
5- The next page will show you the shipping address, you will be able to change it if needed; the shipping cost and any comment useful for your delivery requirements (eg the bell does not work…).
6- The next page will show you the billing address, you will be able to change it if needed and your preferred method of payment.
7- The next page will show you the full details of your order. Please check you are happy with your order and that you agree with our Terms and Conditions before pressing the “Confirm” button.
8- If you have selected Paypal payment, you will then be redirected to the Paypal site. Your credit/debit card information is safely encrypted through Paypal system which is separate from zouf.biz site.
9- Follow the instructions given by Paypal. You will be asked that all details are correct before clicking on the “pay” button. When you have done this, the screen will let you know when the transaction has been concluded. You will also be sent an automatic email from both Paypal and Zouf Ltd giving confirmation of your payment.
